Alterna Sells American Phoenix for $157 Million

Alterna Capital Partner’s portfolio company Mid Ocean Tanker Company (“MOTC”) announced today that it has agreed to sell the MT American Phoenix and two related charters to Genesis Energy, L.P. for $157 million.
