Alterna Capital Partners Closes First Fund Investment with Purchase of a Significant Interest in Electric Generation Facility

Alterna Capital Partners announces the purchase of a 43.0693% undivided interest in the Springerville Power Generating Station Unit 1, located in Arizona from Philip Morris Capital Corporation. The facility is a 380 MW, coal-fired power plant on lease to Tucson Electric Power through January 1, 2015.
